Creating a blend between authentic flavours, smells, and innovative technology, the Cameo C’2M manages to close that gap between traditional and super-automatic technology, featuring a new touch-screen interface design for ease-of-use and, temperature control, and an optional cold milk foam. This new design also allows operators to match their machines with their brand’s identity, thanks to a variety of custom colors.
Features:
- Temperature Control – separate coffee and water/steam poilers to provide productivity and temperature stability (essential for all in-cup-quality).
- Automatic Levelling – initiates a movement in the brewing chamber creating a vibration that enables the powder in the chamber to spread more evenly.
- Grinder Module – equipped with two grinders allowing two parallel recipes to be set up at the same time.
- Technology – machines built in modules, to ensure rapid access for techincal intervention and reduced maintenance costs.
- Everfoam – introduces both steam and air to produce the microfoam sought after by leading baristas, to create latte art while securing that the foam will be of premium texture and taste. This particular model has an optional for cold milk foam.
- Connectivity – the ability to communicate with the machine via the brand’s connectivity solutions such as e´Connect, e´Connect API and, e’API.
